The interview process involved 3 rounds. It began with an HR call, followed by a 30-minute meeting with their Lead Specialist. The final stage was a panel interview with 3 senior team members, lasting 45-60 minutes. I must say, the final interview experience was extremely disrespectful. The panel seemed uninterested, showed up 10 minutes late, and cut the interview short without explanation. It felt like they didn't value my time or preparation, which makes me question their company culture and how they treat potential hires.

Behavioral Case Technical

It was a 3-round interview process. The first was a recruiter phone screen for about 30 minutes, which was pretty basic. Then, there was a 30-minute phone interview with a team member. They asked some good, scenario-based product management questions, as well as behavioral ones, and also some short case study questions. It went pretty well. The final round was a 1-hour panel interview with 3 people. It was a horrible experience. One interviewer, a director, was constantly sarcastic and snarky. The other two were also very rude, lacked people skills, and spoke condescendingly. They introduced a random case study that was heavily mathematical and unrelated to the role. It was one of the worst interviews I've had, and I actually hoped I wouldn't get an offer.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

I created a project and presentation and sent it to the recruiter. The recruiter then contacted me to set up a screening call. This call was scheduled at an odd time and she asked about my salary expectations and sponsorship needs. She said she'd reply within 48 hours but then ghosted me for two weeks. She only emailed me the day before the next interview, which she had scheduled for the next day. The second interview was pretty straightforward. For the final panel interview, the recruiter booked an on-site interview without checking my availability, even though I mentioned I lived out of state. After a lot of back and forth via email and phone, she rescheduled it to be virtual. The hiring manager had a good discussion, but one team member seemed completely checked out, making faces and smirking while others spoke. This person asked really difficult questions and dismissed my answers, even joking about them. They didn't even acknowledge the project I submitted, and when I brought it up, they seemed unaware of it. The recruiter promised to follow up within 48 hours again and has since ghosted me, not responding to emails or voicemails. This hiring process is really disorganized and inefficient, and the recruiter doesn't seem to value relationships for future candidate outreach. I wouldn't recommend applying here.
