The interview process was pretty straightforward, and they were flexible with scheduling around my work. I didn't get any follow-up, and even after I reached out myself, I didn't hear back.

I interviewed with some Senior Attorneys and a Senior Patent Agent to see if I'd be a good fit as a searcher. It was pretty laid back, which was nice. Everyone at the firm seemed friendly. The whole thing took about 2 hours. You gotta have experience drafting patent applications. Seems like a good place to learn.

The process kicked off with an initial interview with the Ft. Lauderdale HR Manager, which went really well because they were a very personable individual. Following that, I met with the firm's CAO, and then an IT trainer who seemed pretty stern and unfriendly. The final step was meeting with a team of 3 attorneys. It was quite a lengthy process.
