I met with someone from Bechtel at a career fair. About two weeks after that, I got a phone call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with an engineering manager and two other engineers. They asked me some behavioral and technical questions. It was a really good interview, I had a great time talking with the engineers, and I was happy to get to meet them when I was selected.
