Bechtel General Intern Interview Questions
& Process

This was a great internship! I originally applied for an Oil & Gas internship, and had two rounds for that. The first was a recruiter call with HR where they asked general behavioral and team-oriented questions. If you're competent and friendly, you'll do fine. The next round was with a panel of three employees (two managers and one HR). These questions were more technical. I applied for something beyond my level with Oil & Gas and didn't get the position I initially went for. However, I did get a call back and was offered a procurement internship, which I accepted. The experience, pay, knowledge, and training gained are unparalleled. You'll get trained, have opportunities to earn certificates, gain practical knowledge, and be surrounded by wonderful coworkers and other interns.

Candidates were selected based on their CGPA, with ten individuals making it to the interview stage. The interview involved straightforward questions from core subjects. However, the process was challenging and unpleasant for candidates due to poor communication from the company.
