So, there were two interviewers, and they asked me about 4 behavioural questions and 2 technical questions. They also talked about my resume and then I got to ask them some questions. They also explained the project and what the role would involve.

The project superintendent got my resume from another job I applied for. I had a quick phone interview, then traveled 3.5 hours on my own to meet him. We talked briefly, and he offered me the job. He basically saw my resume and figured I could do it. Our chat just confirmed his initial thoughts from my resume. This is the interview style I like: look at my resume, look at the job description, assess my capability, meet me, and confirm your thoughts.
