Had a screening interview first, then I talked with the hiring manager. That chat was pretty quick, only about 20 minutes. They asked a couple of behavioral questions and one technical one about concrete pours and rebar inspection.

We had a direct virtual interview with 2 people, then an hr interview. The process was very smooth and timely. They require all soft copies of documents and past experience after the interview. Salary negotiation was very tough. Each interview was 30-45 minutes long.

First, there's an online assessment that you need to pass. After that, the second stage is a digital interview with 6 questions on Hirevue. It's a bit strange because you're just talking to the webcam, and I found it pretty uncomfortable to do.
