The interview process was pretty straightforward and conversational. It felt organized but not too rigid. They got back to me pretty fast. It's a big company, so there are definitely rules, but it seems like a good job.

The interview process involved a 30-minute face-to-face interview on campus, which seemed to be the main interview to determine hiring. Following that, there was a phone call with the functional management team. This second call was more of a discussion about the role itself rather than a formal interview, which was a bit confusing. It felt like the first interview was the deciding one, and the second wasn't really an interview.

My resume was sent in through a good reference, and the interview was done over the phone. They asked about my leadership experience and wanted to learn about me. I asked them as many questions regarding the position i was being interviewed for. After the phone interview, I got a call from them around a week later. They offered me the position and I accepted it. The paperwork was done before the interview, so all I had to do was the drug screening and they gave me the starting date.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share something about yourself that is not on your resume?
