So I started with a couple of phone chats. First was with the manager, pretty quick, and they set up another one with some unit folks. That second call was super chill, just like 30 mins, a bit of resume chat, and they went over the job description and my background again. Then HR called the next week to schedule an in-person interview within a couple weeks, and the date was set. For the in-person, I went to NY, and they had two parts: a morning thing with three people and an afternoon thing with two. I was in the afternoon. They fingerprinted us at KAPL before we headed to a hotel nearby. Seems like half the team was there, plus HR. The interviews were in open hotel rooms, four of them. Three were like 30-min chats with two teammates asking stuff, and the last was 30 mins one-on-one with the manager. HR then gave a presentation about BMPC, the culture, and benefits. Afterwards, we talked salary one-on-one with HR.

I interviewed at a college job fair. Talked with an engineering manager for 30 minutes and an HR manager for 30 minutes. It was a straightforward interview. They told me about the area I'd be working and asked 5-6 questions each. Had to fill out a lot of forms after the interview.

Overall this was a very laid back interview. You will interview with anywhere from 1-5 managers depending on how many jobs are available at the time. As others mentioned, you get your own hotel room and the managers come to you for a 40 min interview. This process is fast and furious as 40 min is not nearly enough time, so make sure you can sell yourself quickly. About half of the interview consists of the manager letting the candidate know about the team focus area and daily duties (which is awesome). At the end of each interview session you will be prompted with a technical question in order to test your ability to problem solve under pressure. I was extremely happy with the process and was very impressed with the way that they portrayed the company.
