I applied online and then got a call. They scheduled me for an interview that was about 4 hours long, and it was a few weeks out. I spoke with HR and some of the hiring managers and engineers there, one by one. We talked a lot about the company's culture, the job itself, and the benefits. They let me know I'd hear back within 2 weeks, either with an offer via phone call or without an offer via email, and that's exactly what happened.

I applied for the role through my school's career site and then got an email to do a phone interview. The phone interview had some easy screening questions. After that, they asked me to come in for an in person interview. This consisted of two interviews, each lasting half an hour, with managers. The questions were standard behavioral ones.
