The process was positive. The recruiter was friendly, efficient, and kept me updated. The team was friendly, and the whole process was a good experience. The hiring manager was also great. Even though I didn't get an offer, I had a good candidate experience.

The interview process felt like total overkill, especially for an entry-level role. It started with an initial screening, then went to the hiring manager, then the recruiter, then an executive, and finally back to the hiring manager again. The whole thing dragged on for over 5 weeks. The rejection email was generic and offered no feedback. I asked for feedback a few times, but the recruiter just stopped replying. Recruiters really set the tone for how a company looks to potential hires, and honestly, they didn't make the best impression.

The hiring process started with a friendly recruiter, followed by meetings with a Senior Product Manager and the SVP of Growth. There was also a data exercise focused on retention. Although the exercise was meant to take an hour, I ended up spending significantly more time to ensure I did a good job. All meetings were 30 minutes long and conducted via Google Meet. Unfortunately, even after rejection, the recruiter didn't provide feedback when asked. Overall, it was an okay experience despite the unfavorable outcome.
