The whole process felt extremely unprofessional, like the team didn't really know what they were doing. They asked a ton of questions, basically wasting my time, and then wouldn't even tell me why I was rejected. It felt like they just wanted free project and industry insights.

It was a comfortable and intuitive interview process, and the conversation was pleasant. The team is passionate about their work and genuinely believes in their brand. It was a pleasure getting to know them. The company is still new and has a fun, start-up vibe. They seem to be looking for people with the right skills, regardless of background. I was required to do a project and present it to the marketing manager, which was an enjoyable experience. I was able to ask a lot of questions and understand more about the process.

First, there was an application where you had to name two beauty brands they should carry. If you passed that, they sent you a 5-page homework assignment. If you passed that, you then got to interview with CEO Nils and his two accomplices for 1.5 hours.
