I applied online and went through four interviews in total. The first one was over the phone, the second was in person, then another one over the phone, and the final one was in person with one of the owners.

The interviewer didn't show up for the first interview and texted me an hour later saying she was busy. The second time, she texted 10 minutes before the meeting and postponed it by half an hour. Given the lack of professionalism from the start, I wasn't interested in working for them. Reading other reviews, it seems I avoided a problem. Get it together. No wonder you keep losing product lines.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I had five interviews in total. The first four interviews were really good, I felt a strong connection with the management teams and had a positive outlook on the position. However, the final interview with one of the owners, Minda, was a completely different vibe. She seemed judgmental and a bit condescending, which gave me the impression that she's not the kind of leader I'd want to work under. In the end, they decided not to move forward with me, citing a supposed 'lack of outside sales experience'. This caught me off guard considering my 15 years in the beauty industry. Honestly, we're talking about selling shampoo and conditioner, not million-dollar yachts, so focusing so much on that specific experience felt a bit off. Based on how things went and the overall atmosphere, I wouldn't really recommend this company. My feeling is that employees might not get the respect and leadership they deserve.
