It was a terrible interview process. The owner/founder was rude. First, she couldn't pronounce my name and said she'd call me 'number 7.' Then, after I submitted an assignment, she contacted me over the weekend for an update. I didn't care to learn the outcome because I realized I deserved better than working for someone like that. Her reaching out on a weekend was also a red flag.

I did two online interviews for this remote job. The first one was pretty hard, but the second one was okay. They also gave me a take-home assignment that took about an hour. After that, they asked for my contact info, and I thought I was a strong candidate. Then they just disappeared and never contacted me. I emailed them a week later about my application status, but they never replied. It's really rude and unnecessary, especially now, to ghost people after they've gone through this process. A quick email saying you didn't get the job is all it takes. Considering other reviews, maybe I'm lucky they didn't hire me.

The interview process was pretty simple and the people there were really nice. It seems like a great place to work with a good culture and environment. However, the pay wasn't very high. Even with my BA, it's less than $15/hour, while other places I'm interviewing with start at $20/hr or more for similar work. So, if you're just starting out, this could be a good fit.
