The interview process was pretty quick. The interviewer asked about my availability and my ability to perform the job duties. They also provided information about the company and showed me some of the items they give out.

First, I submitted my resume. Then, the manager emailed me with interview details. After that, I had an on-site interview where I filled out an application and had a face-to-face chat. Later, the manager emailed me the results. I then completed some paperwork and was scheduled for my first day.

I got referred to this job by a friend, who told me Beard Papa's on 2167 Broadway Street in NY was hiring for part-time counter servers. She said the job didn't need prior experience, so I was keen on applying. She dropped off my resume for me. About two weeks later, I got an email from the manager to schedule an interview. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, not really any hard questions. She mostly asked me to introduce myself, talk about my background, and why I wanted the job. She also asked what I do in my free time. I asked her about the job, like when training would be and how many hours I'd work. The whole thing lasted about 5-7 minutes. After the interview, she gave me an application to fill out. It asked for basic info, two references, and had questions like 'How would you describe customer service?' and 'What's your favorite dessert?'. She also mentioned I'd get an email within 48 hours if they were interested in hiring me. I handed the completed application back and left. I didn't hear anything back after two days.
