First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beamery.
Account Executive
First, I had a coffee chat with the CEO. Then, a formal interview with the Head of Sales. After that, I presented my 30/60/90 day plan. This presentation was a group interview that also served as an in-person stage, with sales, CS, product, and exec team members present. Finally, I interviewed with my sales peers before receiving an offer.
- Can you present your 30/60/90 day plan?
Account Executive
Met some really nice people during the interviews. Had chats with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and even the EVP of Sales. We talked about my past work, how I sell, and my performance compared to my goals. They also gave me a good picture of the company and where they're headed.
- Tell me about your sales quotas and targets.
- How did you perform against your sales targets?
Account Executive
Started with a recruiter call, Judi, who was great and really got to know me and explain the role. She gave me pointers on how to prep for the next two interviews. Then I had a call with the hiring manager, which went well, and they advanced me to the final stage: a panel interview. The panel asked me to demo my current product and talk about the specific customer personas I was targeting. After they agreed, Judi got back in touch to make an offer.
