Sales Representative
It was a quick and easy interview process. The people were nice and very personable, not intimidating at all. They expect you to start right away. It's a very positive environment with young people. The process had 3 steps.
- How important is growth to you?
Sales Representative
You apply online and might get a call to schedule an interview. I got a call about a week after applying on LinkedIn. I scheduled the interview for Tuesday. When she called, she asked some questions then asked if I wanted to schedule an interview. I went in and waited with other students. I sat down with a man who read my resume and asked typical interview questions. It went well and I got a knowledgeable vibe from the company. They answered my questions. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week if I got the internship. I got a call the next week offering me the internship, which I accepted.
- What is your main motivator?
- What are your 5-year goals?
Sales Representative
My interviewer wasn't there and they were running late, so I had to wait 50 minutes to get in. The office itself was not great, but the interviewer was nice and the interview was pretty chill. However, they were unclear about the pay, which was a dealbreaker for me.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated leadership?
