The recruiters reached out and were really nice and helpful on the phone. I then had a digital interview, which was a bit strange but very casual and not evaluated strictly. After that, I had a second interview over Zoom with a senior account manager who seemed really keen to train me. Later that same day, I received a call with a job offer and began working the following week.

Behavioral Presentation

After the initial Digital Hire screening, I went through a second round of interviews. It was longer than I expected, but they asked the standard questions. They also talked about the company's structure, culture, and payment plans. It sounded intense and high-pressure, but honestly, it wasn't. They also emphasized dressing professionally, which I thought was important even for a virtual interview because it makes a good impression.

It was a pretty short interview where they expect you to do most of the talking. Other employees will talk to you in the office while you wait, which is secretly part of the interview as well.
