It was a short Q&A. They asked about my experience background. I enjoyed speaking with the staff associates. I'd like to be kept informed about any future remote or other roles. I mentioned my healthcare experience.

This hiring process was a disaster. I went through three interviews over four months for the role. I even had a start date agreed upon with the hiring manager and received an email saying an offer would come that week, which was three weeks before that start date. Naturally, I quit my old job to give them enough notice. Then, six business days before my planned start, a different department contacted me for an interview with VPs. I did the interview, and two business days later (four business days before I was supposed to start), they decided to go in a different direction. The manager said the Senior VPs made the call. Instead of complaining, I guess I owe them thank you cards. I really saw the company for what it is - upper management micromanages and doesn't trust their managers, leaving them unable to finish what they start. It's true that a fish rots from the head.

Just had a call with HR. It was about 30 minutes where we talked about general experience and expectations. I declined to discuss compensation on this initial call. I mentioned to HR that I would appreciate a response either way after our chat. He said it could take about a week, but he never got back to me. It really shows how they treat potential employees. I understand many people applied for this job, but it's about basic courtesy to give a simple yes or no.

It was pretty smooth I had a phone interview then a panel interview with 2 people on a webcam and one person in room. which just asked questions judging on your customer service. I received offer but it was rescinded after background check which was strange as I worked in finance industry. My advice is go into interview with energy and express how much you love people. Also do your research and also go on google news and see what the company has done and use additional info in interview to impress interviewers.
