The scheduling for the interview process went smoothly. However, on the day of the interview, I met with a team member who seemed unaware of the role's specifics. They asked basic questions, and it felt like they were just going through the motions. They couldn't provide details about the job or answer my questions. Given how disjointed the interview was, I didn't expect to hear back, and that turned out to be true.
- Can you share your experience?
Project Manager
The entire hiring process lasted about two weeks. It started with a call with Ilana from HR who went over my background and work style. She set up a follow-up interview for the following week with Loni, the VP of accounts. Loni asked me more in-depth questions about the role. I heard back via email a week after the second interview; they decided to move forward with another candidate. Even though I didn't get the job, I was really happy with how professional and upfront both interviewers were about the process. Their communication and follow-up were excellent.
- When managing multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders, what strategies do you use to stay organized?
Web Developer
The interview process was pretty intense, I spent at least 5 hours talking to the team. Everyone seemed nice but you'd think they could spare a minute to tell people they haven't moved on. I don't care that I didn't get the job. That's how the job market is. I do care that I wasn't notified at all. Very rude and unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about the tech stack you are familiar with?
Customer Success Manager
The first round is done via ZOOM / Video conference. Then an in person. The decision making process is pretty fast as they are a small and nimble team Culture fit is very important.
- How do you manage your time and projects?
