The environment was really friendly when I walked in. The staff knew I was coming and helped me get settled right away. My interview started on time and felt more like a conversation. They wanted to know about me and my career goals, touched on my past experience, and then discussed the position I applied for. They also answered all my questions really well. I appreciated that a lot!

It was a really professional process. They really got into my resume and asked relevant stuff. I've done a lot of business interviews, and this was pretty standard. Started with a screening interview, then a second interview, and the third was a phone call where they offered me the job.

The interview process involved two rounds. After the first round, it became clear that the company's culture wouldn't be a good fit for me. I felt I was insulted because I'm adopted and neurodivergent, specifically having auditory differences and sensory sensitivity. This was shown by them intentionally mispronouncing my name and making comments about hearing differences. They also said that only extroverted and 'loud' people work there.

The interview is all about getting to know the real you and what you can bring to the team. They want to see how your skills and experience match up with what the company needs and its goals. You'll get to show off what you can do and how excited you are about the job. Basically, they want to make sure you'll be a good fit and do well here. It's a two-way street, so you can learn and share too.
