After a phone call with some questions, I had an in-person meeting where someone asked me another set of questions. The questions were pretty standard, like STAR method ones, and also some open questions about my background. I also got to ask them questions about the company. It wasn't super stressful, kind of formal but not intense, like they weren't grilling me.

Got a referral from a friend. After a few weeks, I had a phone interview that was about an hour long. It covered ethics and my knowledge of the aerospace industry. My advice is to be yourself and stay relaxed, as you should know what you're applying for.
