The interview process starts with an online application. About a month later, I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a 20-30 minute virtual interview. This virtual interview was pretty straightforward, mainly focused on understanding which area of practice I'm interested in for the internship. Then, about two weeks after that, I had another interview scheduled. This one was also easy, focused on assessing my responses to behavioral questions and potentially situational scenarios. A few days after that, I got the offer.

Applied for Tax Associate Postion, got a whatsapp from HR the next day to schedule an interview. There was an assessment before the interview. The interviewer was friendly and shared their experience. They asked more about situational questions and no technical questions. They failed to respond regarding the interview outcome, and I received the rejection email after 3 months.

The interview was pretty casual. I spoke with two senior managers and a partner. They started by asking me to introduce myself and talk about my personality as it relates to the job. Then, they asked a few questions about my school experiences and my knowledge of specific modules.
