You start with your CV and answering some questions. If that goes well, you'll do an online assessment with a numerical/behavioural test and an interactive interview. The last step is the assessment centre, which has a group interview, a one-on-one interview, a presentation, and a written task. You may also have a background check before an offer.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Graduate Student
The initial phase involved a video interview where candidates were given a limited time to prepare responses to questions. The focus was on assessing interest in the position and understanding of the company. Due to the time constraints, candidates were advised to prepare for concise answers, with limited opportunities for retakes.
- Could you explain your motivation for applying to this specific role?
- What is your understanding of our firm?
Graduate Student
The process has 4 parts: an online test, a video interview, an assessment center, and an in-person interview with a partner. The whole thing takes about a month, but it could change depending on the office.
- What motivates you?
- How would you approach a given scenario?
