Recruiter call was quick and friendly, seemed genuinely interested. Second interview with the Senior Manager was delayed by 15 min due to internal miscommunication. Questions were basic. They forgot to ask if I had questions. Still no news or offer 10 weeks after the first interview. Avoid.

Applied via the company site and got a call from HR the next day. Then there were two interviews. The whole process was organized with clear communication. It included two rounds of technical talks and team interactions before the final decision. It was a smooth and transparent experience.

This interview was a mix of in-person and virtual, but the tech wasn't great, making it hard to connect. Honestly, it felt like a bad way to interview and would have been better as a fully remote one. They also weren't great at keeping candidates updated; after my interview, there was just silence.
