Technical Behavioral

For this position, there are typically two main interview stages that happen virtually. First, there's a technical round where they check your core skills, and then a managerial round to see if you're a good fit. Both rounds will have questions specifically related to the job to see how much you know about the role. Sometimes, they might put the job on hold depending on what they need.

Technical Case Presentation

It was a long process with multiple rounds over weeks. They asked technical questions and questions about my past experience and background. Some personal questions felt intrusive and irrelevant to the job. It wasn't clear who made the decisions, and interview rounds were scheduled randomly.

  • Tell me about how you approached the case studies from the take-home assessment.
  • Can you walk me through your solution to the case studies?

I got contacted by a recruiter, and we talked about my background and what they were looking for. Then I interviewed with a Principal, followed by a Managing Director and Senior Manager. It was pretty straightforward, just discussing my past experience, what I'm seeking, and how it fits with the team. The recruiter was great and things moved fast. I was also talking to two other companies, but they were too slow.

  • Can you tell me about the projects you've been involved in?
