I had two interviews, one with a senior manager and another with a partner. The interviews themselves were okay, the interviewers were nice and the questions weren't too tough. What really annoyed me though was that they ghosted me after the interviews. After my partner interview, HR asked for more documents, which I sent, and then I never heard back. I sent follow-up emails but got no reply, even though I saw them on LinkedIn still hiring for the role.

The interview process is challenging, involving three stages: HR, Technical, and a Partner interview. The Partner round will focus on your technical expertise, specifically your in-depth knowledge of auditing standards and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Having articleship experience from a Big 4 firm is a plus.
