The interview process included three rounds. The first round was with a Manager or Senior Associate, followed by a round with a Partner. Finally, there was an HR round. They assessed my knowledge, experience, and asked behavioral questions. The overall difficulty was about a 3 out of 5.

So, applying for a Senior Analyst role at BDO India usually goes like this: First, you apply online or get a referral, and HR checks your resume to see if you fit. Then, there's a first chat with HR, either by phone or video, where they want to know about you, what you want in your career, and if you get the job. After that, the hiring manager or team lead will have a technical interview to really dig into your skills and how you solve problems for this Senior Analyst job. The last step is a final interview, maybe with some big bosses, to see if you'd be a good fit for the company culture, how well you communicate, and your future potential. If all goes well, they'll make you an offer, and you can talk about salary and other stuff.

The HR interview lasted 30 minutes. Beforehand, I was asked to complete a PDF applicant profile and fill out their applicant portal. The HR person then asked for the same information again during the interview, which felt redundant. A lot of questions that didn't seem related to the job were asked in a way that felt like an interrogation. Many were just Yes/No questions, which they could have easily put on the applicant portal to save time.
