We started with a group discussion with 5 other candidates about an abstract scenario to test teamwork, listening, logic, and overall performance. After that, there was a short English test, followed by a logic test where we had to prioritize different tasks within a limited time. Finally, I had a private interview with two senior managers to discuss my motivations, fit, and experience.

The interview process is pretty simple. It involves general behavioral questions about your goals and future plans, along with some technical questions. Nothing too challenging, no really difficult questions. The first step is a 15-20 minute Zoom call with HR. After that, there's about an hour-long interview with two audit managers or senior managers.

The interview process was easy, short, and respectful. The interviewer stayed in touch and answered my questions. It was a pleasant experience overall. The final interview with the manager was a bit tougher because they asked situational questions.
