A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about two open positions, but didn't say which one I was being considered for until I asked. Most of the interview was behavioral questions. The difficulty was average. Remember to ask about benefits and retirement plans before accepting. They negotiated base salary over the phone and offered much less than advertised for someone with 3-5 years of sales experience.

I had phone interviews for a few roles and then an on-site for one. The recruiter was super helpful and pitched my resume to different teams. The phone interviews were pretty standard, asking basic programming technical questions, mostly tied to my resume. Those usually lasted about an hour. The on-site was longer and I met with team members. I got an offer a few days after.
