My interview experience was a complete waste of time. HR reached out to me on Indeed to schedule an in person interview. They didn't use my updated resume, failed to do a basic screening before scheduling an in person interview with the hiring manager, and did not mention or list actual requirements under requirements section of job post.

The interview started 5 minutes late, and the interviewers didn't shake my hand, similar to what another candidate mentioned. They didn't have my resume and clearly hadn't read it. I explained my current role and answered a few questions. However, they were condescending and told me why I wasn't a fit, which was rude and unprofessional. The whole interview lasted only 10 minutes. They mentioned needing someone to take on the job but claimed they were too busy to train anyone, which is unbelievable. If they had bothered to read my resume, they would have known my experience wasn't suitable and likely wouldn't have scheduled the interview.

It was a pretty quick and easy interview process. A tip for future employees: make sure salary isn't discussed with additional employees around because there were a few employees in my interview. When I accepted my offer, I realized a few people I worked with knew how much I made.

It was a quick process, starting with HR and then moving to the hiring manager. The manager was quite busy and got interrupted a few times during our chat. She was nice and mentioned the fast-paced nature of the business.
