Analyst
The interview process with BCC Research was pretty smooth. There were a total of 3 rounds. The first 2 rounds were with the Indian team, and the final round was with the Research Director in the US.
- Can you tell me about your experience with market estimations?
- How familiar are you with company profiling?
- Describe your skills in report writing.
Lead Generation Executive
The first step was a quick phone call, and then I had an in-person meeting with the President the very next day. It was all pretty straightforward and moved fast. They asked good questions about sales.
- Can you describe your past work experience?
- What were some of the challenges you encountered in your previous position, and what strategies did you use to overcome them?
- Please conduct a mock sales call.
Customer Service Expert
The hiring process was super fast! In just one week, I had two phone calls and then an in-person chat. They let me know their decision (which was a no-offer) about a week later.
- Could you tell me about your communication style?
- Can you describe your work approach? Are you someone who tries to get everything done immediately, or do you prefer to pace your work over the available time?
- Share an instance where you aimed for a goal but didn't reach it.
Public Relations
Easy phone interview. I had this job in college as a freelance position. They wanted to know why I wanted the job, pretty standard questions. Nothing too crazy. I enjoyed my time working here.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
