Behavioral Presentation

It's a super fast process, really. If you've got sales experience and can think on your feet, you're pretty much golden. Just show up looking sharp and know what's trending. Being friendly and confident is key in sales, it's all about your personality. Your main job in the interview is to sell yourself.

The interview process covered experience in leading a team, driving sales, managing inventory, and visual displays, as well as team building. I interviewed with the shop manager, district and regional manager, and LP manager. Most interviews were by phone, with one in-person. Dress sharp and fashionable for the interview.
