The process was really fast. Started with a 30 min knowledge test, then an hour interview. They asked good questions that fit the job. The interview panel was paying attention and seemed interested. The whole thing was clear and felt good.

To get an interview, I first had to send in an essay, almost 2500 words, detailing my experience. Then, I had a 15-minute interview. Even though the new hiring guidelines recommended using prompting questions, I wasn't asked any to help me stay on track. This was difficult for me as someone with an invisible disability.

It was a thorough process, starting with a lengthy application, then a presentation prep, the actual interview, and finally reference checks. I liked that they were transparent throughout, clearly stating expectations and even sending interview questions ahead of time for preparation. Their goal was genuinely to find the right fit, not to make things difficult, which was a nice change from corporate interviews that led nowhere.
