I applied for a temp receptionist role through a third-party recruiter. The first person I spoke with was the previous receptionist who had moved up, which seemed promising, and she was very friendly. The recruiter contacted me almost immediately after to see if I was free later that day to meet the office manager for the next step. This interview felt different. The manager seemed rushed and asked for my college GPA, which I found odd. When I asked about the company culture, her answers were very superficial and didn't really give me a sense of what it's like, just saying it's like the UN with diverse cultures. The final red flag was when she completely avoided answering what she enjoys doing in her free time. The overall vibe was negative. Hopefully, other interviews won't be like this.

ATI reached out to me by phone after finding my resume online. The first call was to check my availability, go over the job duties, and set up the first in-person interview. The first interview was quick and casual, asking about my past work, skills, and more details about the job. The second interview was a week later with a senior manager. It was more formal and the questions were more detailed, but still nothing too surprising.

So in the group interview, they first explain the job duties, like the long hours, including Saturdays, and the need to hit high enrollment numbers with lots of phone calls. They're upfront about how tough it can be and ask anyone not interested to leave, while those who are still keen can stay. It seems like a high-pressure, high-volume sales role, which is pretty honest.
