I interviewed with BC&P and it was one of the best interviews I've had! It was so fun, it didn't even feel like an interview. Spending that little time with them really made me change my perspective on reaching my goals. It's a great business that offers endless opportunity for growth in both personal and professional ways of life! Meeting the team (that then became my coworkers) was so inspiring. I found myself really wanting to be them working for this awesome company.

I met with the CEO who asked me a bunch of questions that seemed designed to trick me and get me to think about the most business-smart answer. After a nice chat, he mentioned that I would spend two weeks in sales and marketing on the streets, then move on to coaching, then legal, HR, finance, and administration, and finally manage my own office in the US. It turns out, when he said sales/marketing on the streets, he meant I'd be going door-to-door selling phones to families. He offered me the job right there, but we never actually talked about the Recruitment Assistant role.

I was asked to meet in person by an HR manager. She was really nice and answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous because of reviews I read, but it wasn't bad at all! I had a great experience with one of the managers. They explained everything that was going to happen and it seemed like a good learning opportunity for my future. You need to be able to talk to people face to face or on the phone for this job. I'm excited to work there. Some roles are commission-based, similar to real estate or other sales jobs. If you're not skilled, you won't make much money. As an entrepreneur, I'm eager to start. If you think you can't do it, you're probably not cut out for it! You can't succeed if you're shy or work alone. I think it's great how they offer training and support to those who need it.

I met with the hiring manager, and we talked about my skills and experience. They gave me a quick overview of the role, and we set up a second interview for the next day. I ended up accepting the offer because I was impressed with the growth opportunities and benefits.
