The interview process was awkward. The initial screener missed the original time because they had a conflict and was over 30 mins late. I had to call them instead. They said they couldn't reach me to let me know they'd be late. After our chat, they said they'd move me forward, but I had to chase them to set up the second interview after a few days. The next interviewer was also late, and they asked about my interest in the role and my experience summary. After my interview, I sent a thank you note and got a rejection saying they were passing on my candidacy.

First, there was a phone call interview, and a few days later, we had a virtual interview on Teams. The interview was mostly about situational questions where I had to share examples from my past work experiences.

I had a phone interview first and then an onsite interview at their Long Beach office. Things were going okay until they asked me why I'd be willing to switch from an office job to one that involves a lot of driving to client sites. I've done consulting before, which is kinda similar, but if they didn't want people from an office background, they should have filtered that out earlier. Plus, I never heard back after sending my thank you note and asking about what's next. They left me hanging with no replies after the interview, which was pretty unprofessional for a company that claims to be a leader in its field.

The company recruiter reached out, and I scheduled an in-person interview. I drove 40 miles round trip, only to find the interviewer out of town. The recruiter then set up a second interview due to a mix-up. During the second meeting, the interviewer used a list of questions asked mechanically. It was a stiff, impersonal, and strange experience. I was aware of previous employee complaints from Glassdoor, so I wasn't surprised. I got a rejection the next day, but I had already accepted a better offer closer to home. I'm glad it was over quickly.
