I was contacted by a headhunter about a BDM role for Europe. They gave me some basic info on the job and the company. I had some calls over teams/zoom to talk about the position and my background. The role sounds like it would be fast-paced but also quite demanding.

First I had to fill out an online application on the company's website. After they screened that, I had a phone interview with an HR person. If that went well, I then went for an in-person interview at their office with the manager of the department and someone from the team. Then they made a job offer to me if I was successful.

The interview process involved competency questions and discussions about your CV and past work. They also asked about you personally and your personality, specifically how you handle tough situations. A key part was a presentation you had to prepare and deliver to the managers, followed by questions on your slides. They made an offer quickly, within two days of the interview.

I had a phone interview, and then I was invited for an in-person interview at BBI Solution in Llanishen, Cardiff. The interview questions felt very specific to the job. After the interview, I asked for feedback on my performance, especially if I wasn't successful. I never heard back from them, not even a standard email to confirm the next steps. I reached out directly to the HR person handling the hiring, but they completely ignored me. I found this whole experience very rude and unprofessional; I've never been treated like this before.
