The initial recruiter chat was pretty chill, I liked talking to the interviewers. But then the online test came along, which was a whole different ballgame. It was basically 10 university-style LeetCode problems, the kind you'd do in a CS lab, not really relevant for actual business applications. If you're an experienced commercial developer and don't remember your uni days, you're gonna have a tough time.
