Marketing Specialist
The hiring process was really simple and straightforward. I went through about 2-3 interviews and then got an offer. Everyone on the team was super friendly, genuine, and warm, which is exactly how the team is now that I'm working here at BB.

This interview experience has been exceptional right from the get go , starting with the introductory call where my career goals and objectives were carefully analyzed and matched with the role fit. Each individual that was part of the interview process made me feel welcome and valued. They were helping me all the way to be successful. Graphic Designer
So I had this phone screening, which I think went okay cuz they set up an interview. But then, on the day of the interview, they called and said they had a last-minute meeting and needed to reschedule. They asked me for new dates and times, but then they never actually rescheduled. Instead, I got an email saying thanks for interviewing, but they went with someone else. Honestly, it would have been way better if they'd just told me they didn't want to interview me on the day of the interview. It really shows how they value people's time, and it left a bad impression.
- Are you familiar with UI/UX principles?
Project Manager
I only went through one round of interviews with BB Imaging, which was about thirty minutes long and over the phone. The recruiter asked me questions about my past project management roles and how I'd apply that experience to BB Imaging. It wasn't the best experience, though. There were long pauses after I answered, like they were having trouble writing things down, and they couldn't answer basic questions about the company, its operations, or the job itself.
- Can you share an instance where you had to manage failure within a project, and describe your approach?
