Call Center Representative
I had an interview with two managers and then a mentor interview with one of the trainers. It was a really nice and courteous experience. They asked me some personal questions that helped them decide if I was a good fit for the position.
- Can you describe your experience in customer service?
- How do you handle working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting?
Call Center Representative
There was 1 interview call and I was contacted again after 1 week. That was the entire process. It was just one supervisor who assessed my English and French abilities and asked me about how I would handle interactions with patients.
- How will you interact with patient?
- Test English skills
- Test French skills
Call Center Representative
I got a call and had a first chat with the recruiter, then I had a panel interview over Zoom. They mentioned up to six managers might be in the meeting, but actually only two showed up. The interview felt really formal and by the book. They asked the usual interview questions and didn't really have much of a conversation going back and forth.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What's your reason for wanting to leave your current department?
- In your opinion, how much sick or unplanned time is acceptable to take annually?
