I applied for one job but they thought I would be a better fit for the Client Experience Administrator role. I was hesitant because it said admin in the title and I didn't want to do boring paper-pushing. After some research, it seemed like a good fit. They told me I had to interview in the next couple of days, so I had to take time off work. I was scheduled for 1 PM and it was supposed to take an hour, but the hiring manager didn't show up until 2 PM and the interview only lasted 30 minutes. It was a simple conversation. The main issue was the long wait time without any notice. This made me question how they treat their clients if this is how they treat employees. I decided it wasn't a good fit for me.

The interview process was good, and we spent a good chunk of time during the school year practicing the outreach skills we'd use in the summer internship.
