I applied online and they got back to me really fast. My first call interview was good. Then they called me in for a panel interview a few days later and that was okay too. After the panel, they said they'd let me know in a couple of days. Two days passed so I emailed to ask about my status, but they didn't reply. Then I emailed again a week later, still no response. I figured I didn't get the job since they were silent after the second follow-up, but I sent another email just in case... nothing. Even though I applied to other places and got interviews there, it's still nice to get some closure.

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty basic interview process. They asked a bit about my background and some personal/behavioral questions. It wasn't anything too intense, and the atmosphere was good. I got a tour of the offices and met some team members. I also interviewed with the HR Manager and the President of Technical Recruiting.

Behavioral

You'll start with a phone screen, then interview with senior management depending on the division (IT or Scientific). If you pass that, you'll do a half-day shadow with the team and sit with other recruiters to see their work. Be prepared: dress smart, wear a tie (if you wear one), bring writing tools, have questions, and bring extra resumes.
