The interview process was extremely disorganized. I initially got an auto-rejection, thinking that was the end. Then, weeks later, I got another email inviting me to a one-way virtual interview. The recruiter was unresponsive for weeks when it came to scheduling the next stage. After that, I went through two more rounds, one of which was a panel interview. Despite multiple follow-ups, I heard nothing for weeks. Finally, I received a generic rejection email. Candidates deserve basic courtesy regarding the status of their application. It was a really disappointing experience.

The staff seemed approachable and friendly. They provided a thorough job description and gave a complete tour of the place. I had my initial phone call with the recruiter, and then my in-person interview was scheduled for the very next day, which was great. The hiring process appears to be quite fast.

The interview process involved a phone interview and then a teams interview. The recruiter mentioned upfront that they wouldn't be able to match my current salary, despite my several years of experience and achievements.
