First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health.
Pharmacy Technician
I applied on April 26th. I got a phone interview on May 3rd. Then I had an in-person interview on May 8th. They asked a lot of behavioral questions during the interview. After the interview, I got a tour of the unit and the hospital. I haven't heard back yet, and they've posted more jobs since then, so I'm not sure about my status.

Pharmacy Technician
So I got an email about a job opening and applied. A week later, I got another email to verify my email, which I did. Three days after that, the pharmacy manager called me to set up an interview, and we did. Five days later, the interview happened. It was pretty straightforward, with two managers asking about my past experience, my reasons for wanting to work at Baylor, and some personality questions. A week after the interview, I got an email asking to follow up on my availability, so I replied. That's where I am in the process right now. Still waiting to hear back about an offer or anything else. :)

Submitted my resume online. About two weeks later, I got a call for a phone screening. Two days after that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another person. They said they'd decide within a week. Three days later, I got an offer, but first had to do some paperwork, a background check, and a drug test.
