They follow a standard behavioral interview. The idea is each applicant gets the same questions so it is fair across the board. That is how I did it. But I have been in interviews with higher ups that just ask whatever they want. I prefer to do it the way they have it listed in the share point site. Makes it easier too. Most applicants do a good job of answering the questions.

I applied 2 months ago and after that I got an email to do a digital interview first. This was a part of the process where I had to answer questions multiple times and I could do it on my phone or computer. 3 days after completing the digital interview, I got a call to come in for a face-to-face interview the following week. The interview was a 1-on-1 with the Director in an office for 30-45 minutes where I had to answer some basic team leadership questions and review the job.
