The whole process from applying to the assessment day and decision was super fast, about a week. It was a classic assessment center: we had a case study, a self-presentation, a 45-minute interview, and a company presentation. After that, we had lunch with current trainees.

Got a quick reply after submitting my documents, took about 2-3 weeks. The application process was very relaxed and included a short phone interview. It was helpful to prepare by looking at the company's website and current events in banking. It was fair, nice, and unremarkable. Quick reply. Good experience, can't complain.
