The selection process began with an HR interview, where we discussed my professional background and the job requirements. Then, I moved on to the second stage, a technical interview lasting about an hour with the Manager. This part focused on technical questions related to the specific skills and knowledge needed for the role.

Had a video interview with the hiring manager. Was supposed to have an in person panel interview after, but never heard back from the hiring team. I noticed later the job posting was taken down and then reposted a few months later.

I was reached out to by a Lead Sourcing Specialist for a 1-hour phone interview, which actually went for an hour and a half. The interviewer seemed a bit nervous and the interview wasn't very structured, but they were nice and asked straightforward questions about my background and skills. They questioned my ability to commute to Basel daily despite the team being located elsewhere. Midway through, I was asked to prepare a business case detailing a past project to assess my English writing skills, with a two-day deadline. I was also requested to provide my availability for a second interview with HR within the next two weeks. I completed and submitted the business case. The recruiter acknowledged it and mentioned they'd confirm the next interview. However, after nearly three weeks of silence, I received an automated rejection email without any explanation. This whole process felt like a waste of my time given the interview, the business case preparation, and the scheduling for a non-existent follow-up.
