First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bayer.
Product Manager
The interview process was really smooth and efficient. The team was super nice and professional. They communicated well at every step. I really liked how fast everything was set up, making the whole thing easy and pleasant.
- Could you tell me about your greatest strength and also your biggest weakness?
Product Manager
They really pursued me for months, and then they scheduled interviews for 7 AM to accommodate people in Europe. Scheduling was a nightmare. They wanted dates weeks in advance, then they sent notifications with less than 12 hours notice, which forced me to move my existing meetings. The job required a lot of international travel, but they also required me to be in a US office when I wasn't traveling. This made me feel like the director was a micromanager and too controlling of his team. After 4 rounds of interviews, they said they'd let me know about next steps really soon. That was 5 months ago, and I haven't heard anything. Not trying to be a sore loser, but I wouldn't have taken the role anyway.

Product Manager Intern
We had a first interview with the marketing manager where we talked about our backgrounds and why I wanted to do this internship at the company. Then there was a second stage with the manager that included practical cases.
