Simple interviews, no technical skills tested, only cultural fit. Overall, as the company has a good culture, the questions were well-conducted without unnecessary pressure. The questions were about 'my story', 'Why I want Bayer', 'Where I see myself in a few years' ... The group dynamic was conducted in English but the level was very basic.
