First, there was a phone chat with HR to go over the job details and what I was looking for salary-wise. Then, I had an in-person interview, and after that, they made an offer. They asked about my experience as an RN and how it fits the job. They also went through each job on my resume one by one.

It started with a video chat, then I had an in-person interview. HR was helpful with info about the location, who to meet, and how to prep, but then after the in-person, they ghosted me even though I emailed a bunch asking for an update.
